About

The Reserve Event Center is nestled near the Georgia - Alabama state line, our event center was created with one simple goal in mind - to offer a beautiful, welcoming space where life's most meaningful moments can be celebrated. 

​

What was once a simple structure has been thoughtfully transformed into a charming and versatile venue. 

​

We proudly host a variety of events including showers, birthday parties, reunions, markets, community gatherings, celebrations of life, corporate functions, guest speakers, instructional classes and weddings. 

​

As a locally owned and operated venue, we believe hospitality is more than just providing a space - it's about making people feel at home. We love being part of our community's special moments and work hard to ensure every event held here is as smooth, beautiful, and memorable as possible.

Whether you're planning something elegant and formal or simple and heartfelt, we would be honored to be part of your story. 

Pricing

The Reserve Event Center has a 2,400 square foot floor plan that will hold approximately 100 - 120  people.

​

 

Rental Rates:             Monday - Thursday $100 an hour 

                                           FridaySaturday  $100 an hour (2 hour minimum) or book 4 hours for $350

                                               Book a full 8 hour day for $650 (this does not include weddings)

                                           Sunday $100 an hour (2 hour minimum) or book 4 hours for $300​

                                           Weddings - prices start at $1,200. 

                                                               Wedding security deposits are $250.

                                           Photographer Rates - $75 an hour                                          

                                           

                                           Prices may very based on event, number of people and holidays.

                                           All renters will be required to pay a refundable $100 retainer/security deposit.

                                           Additional services and rentals available upon request.

                                           Kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, sink, serving window)

                                           Fully heated and air conditioned.

  • The Reserve Event Center is conveniently located just twenty minutes from Carrollton and Bremen, and approximately twenty minutes from Interstate I-20. A variety of hotel accomodations are available in these surrounding areas, along with VRBO and Airbnb rental options within a five-minute drive of the venue.

Hi, we're Cory and Kriston Holloway, the owners of The Reserve Event Center, LLC. As local cattle farmers, our life has always centered around family, hard work and community. 

After much consideration, we felt called to pursue a dream we had held onto for years - purchasing this building and transforming it into something special. What started as a vision has grown into a space designed to be fun, inviting, and meaningful for others. 

We created The Reserve to be a place where our community can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories. Whether its a party, wedding, or special event, it truly means so much to us to share this space with you. 

Basic Guidelines

Retainers:

               In order to secure your date for the event, you will be required to pay the refundable security deposit at                   the time of booking. Your security deposit is in addition to the rental price and will be refunded after an                 inspection of the building is done and everything is noted to be left clean and that there are no                                   damages. 

Damages:

               Clients are responsible for any damages to the venue, including property, furniture, and fixtures,                             caused by themselves, guests, or vendors during the rental period. 

Cancellations:

               Any cancellations made 5 weeks or less of the scheduled event date may result in a fee if the day that was                 cancelled is not able to be refilled. 

Parking:

               Renters and guest need to park in the parking lot and not on the streets or across the street.

Cleaning:

                The building (inside and outside) should be left in the condition it was found. Trash should be                                  emptied and taken out to trash cans found outside of the building. Any outside vendors are required to                  be cleaned up in your rental time frame. Failure to return the building to its original conditions will                        result in a $150 cleaning fee. We are not responsible for any property left behind by Client, Client's                          guests, invitees, agents, and subcontractors. 

Decor:

                Nothing should be used that would cause damage to the floors, paint, walls or ceiling such as: nails,                          screws, tape or tacks. No loose glitter, confetti, sparklers, open flame candles, balloon drops/releases,                        and lantern releases are permitted inside or outside. Some décor with a small amount of glitter can be                      discussed. 

Rental Equipment:

                Rentals must be delivered the day of the event and picked up immediately following the event, unless                      you have made other arrangements with the event coordinator. User is responsible for the timely                              removal of all articles brought in during the event. 

                Any rentals from The Reserve Event Center should be returned in the same conditions it was received. 

Smoking: 

                The Reserve Event Center does not permit any smoking inside the building or outside on the porch.

Open Doors:

                 All doors need to remain closed unless unloading or loading. The roll up door can be discussed when                     scheduling your event and weather permitting. 

Noise:

                 Keep any and all amplified sound at a reasonable level at all times.

Alcohol:

                 The Reserve Event Center is a private event space and does not have a liquor license.

                 Illegal  substances are not allowed at any time on the premises and will result in an immediate                                     cancellation with no refund. 

​Liability: 

                The Reserve Event Center is not responsible for any injuries or accidents. 

​
